Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 1793; Obv inscription: WILL. IONES. AT. THE. GOVLDEN (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = a cock (in field); Rev inscription: COCK.IN.LONGE.ACRE.1664 (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALFE / PENNY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field).
