Mr Wood as the Prince in Cinderella
Handcoloured theatrical souvenir plate engraved with a portrait of the actor Mr Wood in the role of the Prince in Cinderella. The portrait has applied silk clothing embellished with metal foil tinsel ornaments. The sheet has some handcoloured background scenery and is mounted on card. Published by Orlando Hodgson, such theatrical souvenirs would have been sold plain for colouring and tinselling at home.
