Egyptian Hall, Mansion House -The Wilson Banquet.
Egyptian Hall, Mansion House -The Wilson Banquet. This was after the celing was lowered by George Dance the Younger, removing 'Noah's Ark', the tower structure above the room. The print shows Mansion House on a banquet night - the Lord Mayor for 1839, Samuel Wilson, entertains the Wilson clan. Originally produced for the part-work "London Interiors : A Grand National Exhibition" (London 1841-1844).
