Point, shuttle, thread picker
An Iron Age polished bone point dating 800 BCE to 50 CE. This point has been made by shaping an animal bone, it was cut across the shaft of the bone. It has been highly polished by use. It was possibly used as a shuttle or thread-picker in the weaving process.
