Card, valentine card
Valentine's card of white lace paper with embossed design and applied decoration. The central white panel has an applied gilded paper frame with a blue paper centre, handwritten in gold 'An excuse'. The frame flaps up one end to reveal a message below 'My mother did so before me'. Handwritten on the white panel is 'A Frame for Falling in Love', also decorated with an embossed paper flower garland and a silver embossed leaf garland.
