Coin, dupondius
A copper alloy dupondius of Emperor Trajan, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 98-117. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 98-99.
Obv: Laureate head of Trajan, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP CAES NERVA TRAIAN AVG GERM P M. Rev: Abundantia, seated left on a chair of cornucopia, holding a sceptre in her right hand. Rev inscription: TR POT COS II, SC in exergue.
