Coin, as
A copper alloy as, probably of Domitian. Domitian held power as Caesar (Crown Prince) under his father, Emperor Vespasian, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 69-79. He eventually followed his brother, Emperor Titus, to the throne in AD 81 and ruled until AD 96. This coin was possibly minted AD 73-78.
Obv: Laureate head of Domitian?, facing right. Obv inscription:Illegible. Rev: Standing figure. Rev inscription: [S]C in field.
