Coin, nummus AE3
A copper alloy nummus of the House of Constantine, the ruling dynasty of the Roman Empire, AD 306-364. The back of the coin depicts two soldiers. This coin was probably minted in Treveri (modern day Trier, Germany), AD 330-331.
Obv: Diademed bust, facing right. Obv inscription: ...ON... . Rev: Two soldiers, standing front, with two military standards between them. Rev inscription: GLORIA EXERCITVS, TRP. in exergue.
