Coin, radiate
A copper alloy radiate of Emperor Claudius II, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 268-270. The back of the coin depicts Genius. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 268-270.
Obv: Radiate head of Claudius II, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP CLAVDIVS AVG. Rev: Genius, standing left, holding a patera (dish) in his right hand and a cornucopia in the left. Rev inscription: GENIVS EXERCI, Z in field (right).
