Scabbard
Incomplete leather sword scabbard with a heavily decorated front and a plain back (with the exception of two impressed vertical lines). The front is decorated with vertical impressed lines forming panels which are filled with tiny repeating stamped motifs comprising a cluster of four dots. There is a plain vertical stripe running through the middle of these panels - formed by two vertical impressed lines. The stripe is decorated with a simple impressed stylised fleur-de-lys. The scabbard has been torn and cut at one end and torn at the other. There is a centre back seam with flesh/grain stitch holes.
