Richard Haraben, a grocer, issued this trade token, worth a farthing, for his business at Eagles Court, in the Strand, Middlesex.
Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2982; Obv inscription: RICH.HARABEN (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = STR / AND (in two lines of Roman capitals, in field); Rev inscription: GROSER.AT.EAGLES.COVRT (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = 1661 (in field).
