The Pair of Scales

Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 2437A; Obv inscription: WILL.THOMPSON.IN (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A pair of scales (in field); Rev inscription: RVSSEL.STR.MEALMAN (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = W.E.T. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
