A copper alloy dupondius(?) coin of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 161-180. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 170-171.
Obv: Radiate(?) head of Marcus Aurelius, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP M ANTON[INVS AVG T]R P [XXV]. Rev: Marcus Aurelius, standing front, head left, sacrificing over a tripod altar to the the left. Rev inscription: [VOTA SVSCEP DECENNII], [SC] in field, [COS III] in exergue.
