A copper alloy sestertius coin of Emperor Domitian, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 81-96. The back of the coin depicts Jupiter, king of the Roman gods. This coin was minted in AD 85-96.
Obv: Laureate head of Domitian, facing right. Obv inscription: [IMP CAES] DOMIT AVG GERM COS X... [CENS PER PP]. Rev: Jupiter, seated left, holding Victory in his extended right hand and a vertical spear in the left. Rev inscription: [IOVI] VICTORI, SC in exergue.
