Miniature tripod ewer
A complete toy ewer with tripod feet and a bridge spout. The body is decorated with panels containing quatrefoils with a boss in the centre. This toy ewer imitates full-sized bronze ewers that were available at the time. Ewers would have been used for pouring water for washing diners' hands after meals. Reference: Forsyth, H. & Egan, G.
