A bone die of irregular shape; made from a hollow bone; each pip consists of a dot with two concentric rings; one end has been plugged.
Roman's throughout the empire enjoyed a variety of dice and board games such as 'tabula' and 'ludus duodecim scriptorum', both games are similar to modern backgammon.
