Earring
Pair of earrings, part of a demi-parure including a bracelet, 50.66/1. They are made of gold set with shell cameos cut with profile heads of Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture and fertility. The earrings were made by Herman Wehrfritz, a jeweller of Clerkenwell and Holborn, and donated to the Museum by his daughter.
