Cockerel figurine stand
Stand, similar to those which hold the cockerels however the top section did not survive. The figurine may allude to the Denial and Repentance of St Peter, or a representation of Christ as the Man of Sorrows or could be a child's toy and used as a cock shy. There have been a series of this exact inconography (the cockerel on this style of column) also found on a group of tobacco pipes from the Thames.
