Paintings, Prints & Drawings — 1902?-1903?
A Scene in East Greenwich
Two men strolling across the courtyard with oars under their arms are on their way to their boats on the river. A small group of women are clustered in the corner of the sun-lit courtyard and seem to be engeged in some work at a bench. Several houses are depicted in the background and the garden wall of the Trinity Alms House can be seen on the left, shaded by a tree. The view is slightly to the east of the Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
