Plan of the Drains - Old Swan - John Garratt Esquire 1821. This plan of the drains and cellars is one of five plans and elevations of this property, a complex of buildings on a site running about 150 feet north from the river and about 23 feet wide. This one was prepared seven years before the others while Alderman Garratt was still in occupation. The surveyor was apparently Samuel Morton Hubert.
