Explore the Second World War in the Port of London and Sainsbury archives.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day, come visit our small pop-up exhibition of items from the Sainsbury and Port of London Authority archives, which highlight how two different organisations continued to operate during the Second World War.

From daily memos and ration books to bombed branches, we cover many aspects of trade and commerce and how they were impacted by war.
