Join storyteller Richard O’Neill, a National Literacy Hero, for interactive storytelling adventures.

Meet Colin, a brave but stubborn ship’s cat, who can’t stop climbing trees. When he gets stuck, can Firefighter Sally reach him? Then, sail the seas from with the strangest pirates you’ll ever meet.

Instead of treasure, they collect revolting ingredients to cook up their terrible recipe for Purple Pickled Pop. Expect disgusting discoveries and lots of laughter.

Photography helps families understand what to expect at our events and shows funders the great work we do. As such, a museum photographer may be present to take pictures. No need to preen or pose, just play!

The museum is open every day 10am – 5pm.
