In the 18th century, about 15,000 people of African heritage lived in London. They had a variety of occupations such as shop owners and musicians. Some were writers who championed the anti-slavery movement, while others lived as part of aristocratic families.
Join us for this free talk to hear more about these Londoners and what their lives might have been like.
