An introduction to the London, Sugar & Slavery gallery
Join a host for a short introduction to the London, Sugar and Slavery gallery and begin to unpick the complexities of our history.
The London, Sugar and Slavery gallery has been a permanent feature at London Museum Docklands for over 16 years and was one of only two permanent galleries on this subject in the UK when it opened.
Discover why these stories of our history are significant both within our warehouse and for London and learn how the museum is evolving the space for the future.
This talk will give you foundational insights and additional context to help you explore the gallery on your own.
