Join Mind and London Museum Docklands this Mental Health Awareness month for a chance to connect with and confront complex emotions after visiting the London, Sugar & Slavery gallery.

Holding Emotions is a collaborative display created with the museum, young people from Taking Shape Association and Mind’s Race Equity Team.

This pop-up gives visitors a chance to further reflect on Holding Emotions and discover more tools to support you as you navigate the gallery space.
