The Blitz: Ken’s Second World War story
What can eyewitness accounts and other primary sources tell us about life during the Blitz? Find out in this interactive and exploratory workshop.
Discover Ken’s personal story of living in London's Docklands as a child during the Second World War, captured on film by the museum in 2020.
Develop enquiry and evidence-based skills, while engaging with authentic lived experience. Empathise with personal experiences of evacuation, rationing and bombing, using objects and testimony that are relevant and poignant today.
