Frost Fair
Frost Fair on the Thames, Jan 28 1739/40. Shows people milling round tents and booths on the ice, including the Frost Fare Coffee House and Friezland Coffee House together with a printer's booth ("The Noble Art of Printing"), and a good view of the riverside development of 3-storey houses.
The etcher's name is illegible - perhaps C.M. V...?? - but is the same as for Z6681 (another version of the same etching).
