The Royal Brunswick Theatre, Well Street, Well Close Square, was built to replace the Royalty Theatre which had burnt down. Jerry built, it collapsed three days after opening. It is shown before and after its collapse in 1828. Cf. P1299*, Z1162, Z1163.
