Tinsel ornament
Quantity of paper packages containing tinsel ornaments, used for decorating theatrical portraits. Also three scraps of paper handwritten 'Pirate of the Black Sea', 'Blueskin' and 'Red Rover'. These refer to the plays associated with the tinsel ornaments. Several of the packages are in multiples, these are tied together with cotton thread. Others are single packages. Most have a handwritten description of the contents within others an example of the contents is applied to the top of the package. Sold individually or as part of a set for tinselling at home.
