Stereoscopic ambrotype, two portraits side by side. Masked with white paper and sealed on reverse. Image depicts a woman and young girl sat at a table and looking at the camera. They both hold dolls and on the table a doll's house is seen. They appear to be outside as they have a background of brickwork with hanging plants. The same woman and girl appear in IN16455. Made in the 1850s and 60s by William Henry Stratton, an amateur photographer who lived in South London.
