Strap fitting
Corroded copper-alloy strap-mounted fitting, similar to the base of a terret, but with a decorated base. The decorative motifs would have held enamel or niello. The body is rectangular and vaulted with one stump from its lower loop remaining. There are remains of tinning detectable around the border of the base and on the body itself.
