Bobbin, lacemaker's bobbin
Belgian style wooden bobbin. Cylindrical shank with a long neck and small bulbous knop. Above knop is short neck that ends with a flat round head. Shank has a bulbous end. Beaded spangle attached with a metal wire through a metal loop. 8 beads, in geometric shapes, made from different coloured glass and 1 large spherical bead painted dark red.
