Bobbin, lacemaker's bobbin
Belgian style wood bobbin with stapled spangle. The spangles or beads include one large green in the centre of the metal loop, and white round bead, and twelve multifaceted beads, with colours in pairs (white or see through, red, oink, dark green, white/see through again, and light green).
