Part of the same border as 76.13/9 and 76.13/10. Catalogue note by Santina Levey. Valenciennes bobbin lace. Straight lace in cloth and a little half stitch work, grounded with five-hole mesh. Delicate pattern that blurs into the mesh ground of small curving plant forms developing symmetrically on a vertical axis with a vertical row of flower heads between [repeat 10 cm]. The heading is a C19 replacement as is the lower picot edging.
