Skirt, court dress skirt
Court dress skirt of off-white satin; skirt in five flared sections; centre back fastening with metal hooks and eyes, cut to form slight train; pleated into waistband; vertical lines of embroidery as well as trim around the skirt hem of roses, leaves and trailing bows, mostly in untwisted white silk worked in satin stitch with a little silver thread; interior silk lining with ruched trim at hem; condition: extensive tearing around the waistline.
