Flag
The 'Bank of Ideas' was created by the Occupy London movement as a satellite of its protest camps at St Paul's Cathedral and Finsbury Square. The building on Sun Street was owned by the United Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and was occupied on 18 November 2011. The occupation came to an end when protestors were evicted by bailiffs and police in the early hours on 30 January 2012 following a High Court ruling.
This rainbow peace flag was flown on the roof of the Bank of Ideas. These flags are commonly flown at peace movement events and were a common feature of the various Occupy protests, often being displayed on tents.
