Patient using teaching resources at the Evelina Hospital School, Guy's Hospital
The Evelina School at Guys Hospital was established to provide education for children on extended stays in hospital as well as to increase their morale and to provide educational therapy. Most of the teaching took place at the children’s bedsides on the ward. Here the treatment requires the child to lie prone so resources have been devised so that education can continue.
