Whie flemish lace collar shaped to fit a decolleté neckline, deeper width at two corners tapering towards ends. Scalloped edge. Floral and scrolled leaf design, outlines in cloth work, connected by picoted brides, with wire, honeycomb and plait filling. Hand lace, attached to net mesh.
