Seamus Gannon of Bedrock Crushing
Colour pigment photographic print of Seamus Gannon, director of Bedrock Crushing and Recycling, Stratford, 2007. The company recycled materials such as concrete and aggregates from demolished buildings. They lay within the designated area of the new Olympic Park, and were one of several businesses that were relocated or closed as a result of compulsory purchase of properties by the London Development Agency. This photograph was taken as part of a project to document the site of the London 2012 Olympic Games prior to its closure for redevelopment in July 2007.
