Longbow House and residents
Children playing at Longbow House in Hoxton, East London, shortly before the block was demolished in 2003. From a series of photographs taken by Michael Donald over a four year period to document the community before, during and after the demolition of their homes as part of the regeneration of the area. Longbow House was originally built in 1929 as part of the London County Council's Whitmore Estate, situated to the west of Kingsland Road.
IN37598 shows the same part of the building after it was vacated.
