City Gent outside Waterloo Station
A City gent, complete with bowler hat and briefcase stands out amongst passers-by outside Waterloo Station during rush hour. This candid photograph is one of many Collins made during rush hour where he would attempt to capture the transience of the travellers, find striking characters and, as in this photograph, demonstrate his skills for selecting individuals from amongst the crowd.
