Vetri Vinayagar
This is the programme of a dance performance entitled ‘Vetri Vinayagar’, about the Lord Vinayaka, also known as the Hindu god Ganesh. It was performed by dancers from the Music Academy of Dance Rhythms And Songs (MADRAS) and the Academy of South Indian Arts (ASIA). Money raised from the sale of the tickets was donated to the victims of the tsunami which devastated Sri Lanka on 26 December 2004.
