Zara Cafe and Restaurant
Zara Café and Restaurant in Hampstead is owned by Hasan Demir. Demir is a member of the Kurdish community born in Turkey and he came to London in 1986. His restaurant specialises in Turkish and Anatolian dishes, including kebabs, moussaka and falafel. Demir estimates that eighty percent of his customers are regulars.
