Caption: “Dresses of the year 1791”. Two women are figured in a garden, talking to each other. The one standing has a simple ribbon in her hair, she wears a long dress with a scarf tied at her back. The other one is sitting on a bench. She has a yoyo in her hands. Her dress looks exactly like the first one. She wearing a top hat garnished with little flowers.
This plate looks is similar to 2002.139/869, so this fashion plate could come from “The Ladies own Memorandum”.
