Badge
Badge belonging to Jack M. Andrew, chief clerk of the 1908 Olympic Marathon and honorary secretary of Polytechnic Harriers. J. M. Andrew is one of the officals who famously 'helped ' Dorando Pietri over the finish line at the end of the race. In photographs of the occasion, Andrew is the man with the megaphone. The badge is engraved with his name on the reverse.
