Core, blade core
An early Mesolithic flint pyramid-shaped blade core, dating 8,350 to 7,650 BCE. Narrow blades have been removed from this core.
It was excavated from an early Mesolithic hunter gatherer campsite, there was evidence of extensive flint working and processing of hunted animals.
