Money builds, the guarantee of the LCC is behind this bond
This billboard poster promotes the London County Council Housing Bonds scheme. It was designed and produced by Benson's advertising agency.
Following the Housing Act of 1919, the London County Council and other local borough councils began to sell housing bonds to the public to raise money for public housing schemes. The councils commissioned Benson's to produce a series of posters to promote the scheme and encourage investment.
