Badge, waterman's badge
Silver oval Waterman's badge bearing a fouled anchor and crossed keys. The badge is damaged, with some of the thinner plate missing, however the thicker decorative features are intact.
The fouled anchor was the symbol of the Admiralty, but the combination with the crossed keys is puzzling.
