Decorative arts — 1832-1850
Ticket, theatre ticket
This pass would have admitted one person to Cremorne House in Chelsea. This sporting club had opened in 1832 where, for a subscription of two or three pounds, it was possible to learn to shoot, box and fence. Between the 1830s and 1850s, the grounds around Cremorne House were developed into a pleasure garden.
