Wood, worked wood, beater
One bag of wood. Wooden beater or copy of a stone/flint axehead. Found with a wooden haft for a bronze socketed axe in a waterhole that was in use between 1500 and 1200BC. Found during archaeological excavations of a settlement at Perry Oaks Sludge Works, Heathrow.
